Analyzing the law and identifying key facts gives our clients the edge in evaluating cases and determining whether to settle or try the case. Early investigation and preservation of evidence helps guide the direction of the case from the outset, leading to a maximal result in a minimal time.

We are partners in case management. We believe client satisfaction depends on client involvement in case management. CLIENT TRAINING AND CONTINUING EDUCATION

We share our experience and expertise with our clients. We often present seminars, articles and updates on claims handling, cases and trends in personal injury and insurance litigation and consumer issues. Our popular annual Texas-OU Kick-Off Claims Handling Seminar has grown to over 200 attendees. We present in-house seminars free of charge, and provide our clients with timely reporting of significant developments in case law through our weekly electronic newsletter, TEXAS UPDATE.

Our firm's philosophy and practice is to put the client's interest first. We recommend and perform the work necessary to obtain the optimal result in each case. We employ task-based billing practices and detailed statements to keep the client informed.
