As an associate at Chamberlain♦McHaney, Eva handles a wide range of litigation. She primarily focuses on employment law, education law, and general civil litigation.

Eva brings to her practice a broad spectrum of knowledge, beginning with graduation from the prestigious Louisiana School of Math, Arts and Sciences, with a Physics focus; graduation with honors and distinction in Liberal Arts, with a Humanities and Social Thought Concentration and a Minor in Philosophy, from Northwestern State University, followed by graduation in 2010 with honors from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where she served as a Senior Staff Editor of the SMU Law Review.

Before joining the firm, Eva practiced family law and other civil litigation in East Texas and Dallas, and volunteered her legal services through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. Eva moved to Austin in 2014, where she practiced family law, probate, estate planning, employment, and education law.

A devoted mother of two beautiful daughters, Eva dedicates herself to a variety of nonprofit activities in which her daughters are involved, including with the Girl Scouts, currently as a parent volunteer with the Violet Crown Service Unit of the Girl Scouts of Central Texas and previously as a Troop Leader with the Crystal Falls Service Unit in Leander, Texas.
