David Louis
Associate
David Louis is an Associate Attorney with Chamberlain McHaney’s San Antonio office. He focuses primarily on general civil litigation, such as personal injury, premises liability, and property damage matters. David was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October 2020 after receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2020.
Before joining the firm, David served for over two decades as a combat medic and healthcare specialist in the United States Army. David graduated magna cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he served as the Managing Executive Editor of the Law Journal. His experience includes an internship with the Honorable Judge Xavier Rodriguez of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and a clerkship with Justice Rebeca A. Huddle of the Supreme Court of Texas.
Before joining Chamberlain McHaney, David worked at several regional and esteemed civil litigation firms, where he honed valuable skills and experience in medical malpractice and first- and third-party insurance defense litigation.
