A problem-solver by nature, Joe considers litigation from all angles to explore multiple approaches to resolving his clients’ legal matters. He asks his clients where they want to be at the end of their legal dispute, then develops a plan to get them there. Joe has experience in multiple areas of civil litigation, with primary practice areas of Insurance Defense Litigation, Construction Defect/Construction Product Litigation, Dental Board and Dental Malpractice Defense, and Insurance Coverage Disputes.

After 25 years with the law firm of Wilson Grosenheider, where Joe became a partner in 1998, he established Loiacono Law Group PLLC in 2016. Joe joined the Chamberlain McHaney team in 2021.
