After practicing medical malpractice (on both sides of the bar) and other civil litigation in Beaumont and Houston, Erin returned to Austin in 2006. After a brief solo practice in general civil litigation, including family law, employment law, personal injury and contract disputes, Erin joined Chamberlain♦McHaney.
As a partner at Chamberlain♦McHaney, Erin handles a wide range of litigation. Erin primarily focuses on insurance defense, defending insured companies and individuals in construction defect cases, workplace injuries, premises liability, and personal injury cases, as well as defending insurance companies in bad faith cases and underinsured motorist cases.
